The villa is always rented complete. It has a maximum capacity of 8 people, expandable to 10 through the use of extra beds. Meals or other additional services are not included. However, the client may contract directly, if desired, cleaning services. Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.

Cancelation conditions

You can cancel the reservation for free up to 42 days before the arrival date. You will pay 30% of the total price if you cancel between 42 and 8 days before the arrival date. If you cancel 7 days before the arrival date or  If you don't show up you will have to pay the full price.

Special cancellation due to COVID19 health alert

​

If the cancellation of the reservation occurs due to mobility restrictions related to COVID19, the above cancellation conditions will not apply and the full amount of the reservation will be refunded as long as the villa is within a perimeter confinement zone and clients outside of it and it is therefore impossible to reach the accommodation. On the contrary, if access to the villa is allowed and it is the area in which the client lives that is subject to a perimeter closure, the normal cancellation conditions will apply.

Terms of payment in advance

To confirm the reservation it is necessary to pay at least 30% of the total. The rest must be paid up to 8 days before the arrival date.

Conditions regarding children and extra beds

Children of all ages can stay.
Children under 4 years old can stay for EUR 30 per stay in cots.
Older children or adults can be accommodated for EUR 30 per person per night in extra beds if the villa is full. In the event that for any reason an extra bed is required without the villa being complete, it will be provided free of charge.

Maximum number of extra beds available in the villa: 2.

Wi-Fi internet connection is available throughout the establishment. Free.

Parking

There is free public parking nearby. It is not necessary to reserve.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Free.

Important information

Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. To do this, you can use the special requests section when making the reservation or contact us directly. You will find the contact telephone number for arrival in the reservation confirmation email.
Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.

A damage deposit of 300 euros will be required on arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be returned in full by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed.

All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
This property cannot host stag or hen parties.

The pool will be closed from November 2, 2022 to March 31, 2023
